DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

How much will delivery cost?

You can calculate the delivery cost of your purchase by entering your into the shipping calculator located on every product page. Otherwise, delivery costs will automatically be calculated at checkout and displayed in your cart. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and the delivery destination.

How long will delivery take?

The delivery lead time for each product is outlined in the ‘Delivery’ tab contained in the product page. As a general rule, 80% of our customers receive their order within 7-14 working days in major cities throughout Australia.

Where can you deliver to?

We deliver Australia-wide. If your postcode is not recognised by our shipping calculator simply email or call us with your postcode and item of interest for a quote. All deliveries are kerbside, that is, to your ground-floor front door, however most couriers will assist you in taking the item into your home when requested. Please note that our carriers do not deliver furniture and home products to PO BOXES, so please ensure you give your full delivery address at checkout.

What if there is more than one product on my order?

We aim to deliver all in-stock items within an order in the same single delivery. Products that are stored in different states may be delivered independently. If you have special delivery requirements or would like to delay delivery of some or all products, please email admin@kixo.com.au or leave instructions in the comments field at the checkout so that we can comply or contact you.

Which days do you deliver?

Deliveries take place between Monday-Friday and between the hours of 9am-6pm. Weekend deliveries are not available

Will I receive advance notice?

Yes. Kixo Furniture endeavours to inform all customers of an approximate delivery period. Whilst all efforts are made to secure a more precise timing, various goods will arrive through independent shipping firms at times that are not controlled by our internal logistics crew.

Should you be seeking a more definitive date, its best to call our call centre on 08 8186 6641 with your order ID. 

Do I need to be home?

Large items such as Sofa’s, Hallway and Dining tables require someone to sign and take charge of deliveries. For smaller items such as pillows or Homeware items you may provide us with ‘Authority To Leave (ATL)’ these items unattended. This will however, void your warranty and neither Kixo Pty Ltd or our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your item once delivered.

What if I miss my delivery ?

If you are not at home when we arrive, your order will be returned to our depot for safe keeping and you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit please email admin@kixo.com.au . Damaged items may require photos enabling us to assess the damage
